Craig Trebilcock Regardless of age, anyone who glorifies war has obviously never been in one. Nothing glorious about women, children, and old people getting slaughtered and they tend to do most of the dying in any conflict, new or old. History books tend to cover the battles - not enough is written about those dying on the fringes of the conflict and those numbers often are greater than battle casualties.
