Reading books from other authors inspire me the most. I love to read and get lost in a good story. It inspires me to write and crate with the hopes of readers enjoying and getting lost in my stories the same way.

The idea for Betrayed started coming to me back in 2012. I had this storyline in my head for weeks about a single father, William Majors, his son, Billy, and William's new wife, Jennifer. At first the story started coming to me with the title, 'Major Payne' (William Majors & Jennifer Payne). Next, I was thinking of titling the book 'Taboo' or 'Deceived' until 'Betrayed' with the black cover and red letters stuck.
