The best way I find to deal with writer's block is to put myself in a different environment. If I'm sat at my desk, a walk outside or a trip to the gym often sparks new inspiration.
Sometimes trying too hard to think what to write, stops me from writing. When my mind relaxes doing something else is often the time that the new ideas come flooding in and I need to grab my notebook fast!
