Getting out into nature. Just walk and be silent. You may just receive an idea, inspiration. My other go-to is journaling my dreams. I have often received guidance from them.

I actually write about this in my book. It was during a mystical experience while sitting under a majestic oak tree that I received the "download" that I needed, finally, to pursue writing this book. I had the idea for 10 years and the timing was right.
