Recognize it and accept that it happens to everyone, then get up and go do the most mundane household chore that you've been avoiding (scrubbing your bathtub, folding laundry, mowing the lawn, etc.) -- the more excruciatingly boring and repetitive, the better. Without fail, while doing this odious task, your subconscious mind will be working through whatever blockage was stopping you from moving forward in your writing. And before you know it, you'll be back at the keyboard, happily tapping away. (Plus, your living environment will be that much cleaner and well-ordered!)
