Just do it! It's scary, I'm still scared. Your book won't be for everyone and that's okay. Writing is an art, and everyone perceives art differently. So, if you want to, do it. Not many people can say they wrote a whole book, so it's something to be proud of. I know I am.

My debut novel is currently in the ARC process and is set to publish on June 17th! Right now, I'm working on the second book in the series. I've learned a lot from this first book. The second book is about the FMC and MMC's best friends from the first book. It will be more baseball focused due to Hayden still playing and Jess' career path. It's not a dark romance, it's an enemies to lovers trope. I want this one to be more light, as the banter between the two characters in book one, has set up a fun scene for book two.

Honestly, I have always loved to write. I wanted to write about a sport that I love watching, and actually know facts about. My husband is also a huge baseball fan, so I asked him questions that I wasn't sure about lol. I'm not a planner though, so I didn't come up with an outline, I just wrote. The ideas just kind of flowed as I wrote. I knew I wanted it to have a sprinkle of darkness because it's my favorite genre. So, in other words, it just came out like word vomit.
