Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Gary Eby Snow White and Prince Charming. I believe true love is the source of real magic. Unconditional love could be the solution to all our personal and world problems. By the way, I really enjoy the fantasy series, "Once Upon a Time" on Netflix. Have you had a chance to check it out? Sending out Peace, Light, and Joy today....Gary

What are you currently working on?
Gary Eby The Eby Way is my first book. It is actually a manual for personal life coaching. Four steps are promoted to experience spiritual healing, emotional recovery, and relief from any major challenge. My wife Susan and I, expanded on this spiritual message in our new book, Reflections: Journey to God. Simply pondering, meditating, and even reading out loud some of our spiritual essays, we believe, can help one start or strengthen a journey to all that is Divine. When this clicks, we can then create a better life for ourselves and a healthier world for each other.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Gary Eby For me, writing is very much like music. As the wise saying goes, "Practice makes perfect!" But, don't lose sight of letting joy and light flow through the power of your word pictures.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Gary Eby First, writing helps me release stressful thoughts and emotions. More importantly, it is one form of creativity that also lifts my soul to appreciate the beauty, mystery, and wonder inside of us and all around us.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Gary Eby When I encounter any obstacle, or a persistent problem, my first step is to breathe deeply: I inhale for three seconds and I exhale for six. Then, I use an affirmation to quiet my mind, like "we are all One with Unlimited Intelligence." Lastly, I go within to listen to the inner voice for Divine Guidance. And all is well!

Gary Eby Thanks Caroline! I will soon post a review about your book on Amazon. My first book, The Eby Way, describes my 37 years of helping others achieve a better quality of life by being a social worker, mental health counselor, and addiction therapist. I suggest four steps to personal life coaching that can help people heal personal problems and make a positive impact on social challenges too. Currently, I have organized a Heaven on Earth discussion group at the Unity Church in Grants Pass, Oregon. In addition, I have launched several community programs celebrating The Season of Non-Violence and Global Oneness Day. My new book, which my wife Susan and I have written together, is all about feeling the presence of unconditional Love within us and all around us. We call this spiritual experience to a peaceful, more healthier life, Reflections: Journey to God. It is actually a collection of spiritual essays that people can use at their leisure to find, make, or strengthen their own shift in consciousness. Sending you Peace, Joy, and Light...Gary.
