Hi Douglas. I recently put my book Deliver Me on Smashwords.com, which then publishes it to ePub, Kobo, and more platforms making it available to most of the ebook readers. To format the book I followed the instructions that Smashwords provides (in their "style guide") and used Microsoft Word for my software. That's the only way I know to do it at this point. I hope that answers your question.

From my blog! A lot of people wanted the information I'm posting on my www.BiblePropheciesFulfilled.blogspot... blog, but they don't READ blogs! Duh. So I took the most popular posts, compiled them, added a discussion guide with links to the chapters with the answers, and built them into an E-Book.
I'm reaching a whole new audience! Non-blog readers ARE e-book readers! It's just another format that reaches a new group of interested followers. My e-book readers are loving it. They can take the information with them on their reading devices, share it with others, and aren't locked in to having to visit my blog.
