August 2017 sees the 40th anniversary of the passing of Elvis Presley. I thought it would be great to explore his legacy through the artists that have covered his (original) songs. It started off as a fact list, but since then I have gathered quotes from many of those artists including Wanda Jackson, Eddi Reader, Tanya Tucker, Stella Parton, Al Kooper, and best of all, the delightful Suzi Quatro has provided the foreword.
