I notice situations and issues that puzzle me or that I see a different way than most people. Then for a time I think through the ideas I have and look at what puzzles and interests me in different ways. I often review research on the ideas I have. Then I'm excited to put my ideas down in writing!

I work daily with emotionally sensitive people and I'm emotionally sensitive as well. In my work, I realized that many of the problems were due to emotionally sensitive people thinking there was something wrong with them. I wanted to change that perception.
