ROCHELLE WEST-GATTO Writer’s block doesn’t have a set timeline—it can come and go, and that's okay. When I face it, I give myself permission to take a break. I try to clear my mind, sometimes with a walk, listening to music, or even going on a quick weekend getaway. It’s all about finding the right environment to let the creativity flow again.
ROCHELLE WEST-GATTO The best thing about being a writer is the ability to connect with others on a deeper level. I also love that I get to write my own imagination—I often imagine what I would want to read or how I think something should be, and then I bring that vision to life on the page. It's incredibly fulfilling to turn those creative thoughts into stories that others can experience too.
ROCHELLE WEST-GATTO Be Authentic, and don’t be afraid to write a terrible first draft—the magic happens in the process of refining.
ROCHELLE WEST-GATTO I'm currently working on two projects: Broken, Mended, and Restored, which is part two of my personal journey, focusing on healing after my marriage; and Through the Manor Window, a fiction romance/drama.
ROCHELLE WEST-GATTO My inspiration often comes from my own life experiences and the emotions I go through. I also find that connecting with other people's stories can be incredibly motivating.
