To be honest, I don't believe in "writer's block" as such. Some days writing can be hard, but you just have to keep going and write your way through it. What you write that day may all end up in the bin, but it's the only way to solve the problem. Sometimes going for a walk can help, but generally I like to "think with my hands", so I write myself questions, play the "what if?" game and then write out the answers. That usually gets me going again.
