So many mysteries, so many plot twists! While I've never tried my hand at fiction, this mystery comes to mind. The book might be called A Light in the Forest.
Rapidly approaching the half-century mark, Dawn finds herself in a remote cabin, writing and wondering what to do with her life that seems to be at a standstill. She wants to be free but has little idea about free from what or how. Astounded by what unfolds unexpectedly on an ordinary night the week of Thanksgiving, nevertheless she acts with speed on impulse. Or is it intuition?
A month later everything has changed. She has packed a suitcase, boarded a plane and is living in a land alive with wonder and mystery, awakening to a story that has lived within her forever but for which she has no words. Forty shades of promise and uncertainty unfold as she encounters the magical and the miraculous but also comes face to face with mythic monsters, odd encounters with real-life disturbances and an ancient echo that rises up from within. Deep in her heart, deep in the heart of the Emerald Isle, she begins to question.
