That’s an interesting question! I think joy can be appreciated more deeply when contrasted with moments of struggle, but I don’t believe suffering is always necessary to experience it. Joy can also come from simple, everyday moments.

Whenever I enter specific locations, an intense feeling of familiarity washes over me, as if I’ve experienced it before—even though I understand, rationally, that I haven’t. The sensation intensifies with each passing moment. Images begin to flicker in my mind—a dilapidated house, an unfamiliar face, cryptic symbols that elude my understanding. It feels as though pieces of a different existence are emerging, just out of my grasp.
