My advice is simple.
1. Set daily/weekly/monthly writing goals. Start small and go from there.
2. Just WRITE! Anything that comes to mind- you can always cut out, reword, or add more later; what matters is to keep moving forward towards your goal.
3. Keep a notebook of your ideas so you can always work on them when you have the time or feel inspired. :)
