The idea came from movement. I’m currently in my 38th country at 27, and through travel the idea of normal slowly dissolves. This book grew out of a cycling journey across Turkey and Kazakhstan with my partner, a way of documenting what happens to thought, identity, and meaning when life is reduced to motion, attention, and necessity. The cycling ended, but the inquiry continues.
