I never planned on a sequel to Brigid; it’s a stand-alone.
The Half-Vampire novels are a duo, and I did write a sequel to The (Dis)Appearance (someday I’ll publish it!), but Brigid doesn’t have room for further growth, as she understands who she is by the end of the book.
I’m glad you enjoyed the story enough to want more. 😊

There are message links on all profiles. You chose to advertise your own work on another author's profile, which is sneaky and tacky.
Just stop. Stop now. Do not pretend to apologize. Do not mansplain. Just stop.
If I see any more from you on my profile, I will report you to the site administrators.

Hijacking another author's homepage to advertise your book is about as tacky as one can get.
If you had actually just wanted to share with me, you would have messaged me. But no, you wanted to advertise.
I am completely unimpressed.
Please learn some manners.

My writing style tends to be influenced a great deal by the sarcastic humor of Mark Twain and Erma Bombeck. My tendency to create multi-layered protagonists comes from my love of Zilpha Keatley Snyder's books as a child.
I am sorry to tell you that I'm not much influenced by Indian writers. In fact, the only Indian writer I can even remember reading is Rushdie. (I've read Midnight's Children twice, and I just recently picked up a copy of Satanic Verses, but I haven't read that yet.)
Feel free to suggest to me any good Indian writers. :)

I am currently editing a YA mystery novella called The (Dis)Appearance of Nerissa MacKay and, at the same time, writing the first draft of its sequel, Nerissa MacKay and the Mystery of the Seventeen Scrolls.
