I simply had some books inside me. I'll admit, I am more artist, than author. Now, my husband, he writes because he doesn't know how not to!

Not really sure. I think it would be mostly, write because you love it. Don't write just for the $$ (It's not as lucrative for the majority of author's, as you might think.) Don't write just to trends. Write something you can be proud of. If it happens to be trending, you got lucky. If you happen to make money, go celebrate.

I think writer's block can be very crippling, if you let it be. I have advised my husband, who is an author to view it as a "time out". Time away from writing, use it to research for another book, find pics of people who most match your characters etc. Don't let it bring you down. Own the writer's block. Accept it happens. As an artist, I deal with "artist block" myself.
