Below is the reply I just received from Goodreads:
Thanks for contacting us! I just checked the details for this giveaway, and I can confirm that your Kindle ebook was successfully sent to the account of this winner (Debbie). To clarify a bit, the Kindle ebooks are sent directly to the Amazon account the day after the giveaway ends, which in this case was on August 7th.
If their Kindle is set as their primary device, they’ll find the book under My Library on the device. They can simply tap on the cover image to start reading. If their Kindle is not their primary device, they will need to tap on My Library from the Kindle, select All, and then tap on the book cover to download the ebook from the Cloud. If they are still not able to find the book, however, they will need to reach out to Amazon Kindle Support for further assistance.

My favorite fictional couple harkens all the way back to one of the first novels that made my heart start a-thumpin' as a teenager--to Thomas Hardy's classic, Far From the Madding Crowd, and the doomed love story between Sgt. Francis Troy and Fanny Robin, the woman he loved, yet horribly wronged. Though their love story was secondary, not the main theme centered on the protagonist, Bathsheba, the pathos of Fanny's journey tore at my heart, stirred my imagination, and made me want to create fiction that grapples with life's crushing blows.
