It came to me while driving to a Yoga Teacher Training session I was doing on Patajanali's Yoga Sutras. What I was headed to teach at the studio, came to life right before my eyes----or in my head--- in a kind of vision.
I typed for three hours that day and then wrote for almost two years. My manuscript was originally 220, 000 words---- of course the book has been edited down to 113,000.
