THE KIDS OF CATTYWAMPUS STREET came out of some stories that I wroe when I was 7, 8, and 9 years old. I was going through old childhood art and stories (I wrote A LOT as a kid) and thought that some of them were pretty strange and wonderful. So I revised and rewrote them as well as creating some new ones in the same style. These became the kids and the stories in my new book.
