Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Adrian Carter I found that real people in the industry needed help understanding the basics of hygiene and food safety.

How do you get inspired to write?
Adrian Carter I noticed that the Hygiene and Food Safety consulting industry had become concerned with higher level training and understanding, and assumed that everyone knew about HACCP. They overlooked the point that many chefs and stewards had no clue when it came to the basics, hence the need for an introductory book.

Adrian Carter I am currently creating a training course for the content my latest book. The Food Safety Pillars.
