I'm working on book 6. Various life things have interfered with a speedier book output, unfortunately. Sorry it isn't quicker.
I'll have to throw in a mention of the happiness reviews in Vegas, now that you mention it.
And I think there's a future book where kids will feature prominently as a topic and on-screen characters.

I have at least 1 (maybe more) books in the works for Glen & Tyler and just started Glen & Tyler's Vegas Heist. I'm hopeful that it'll be quicker to finish than the last one, which means in less than 2 years.
Glen & Tyler would be really tricky to cast. I'd probably go with unknowns to start with, really. That said, Matt Bomer (if he were just a little younger for the first movie) would make a great Tyler. As for Nanna, wow, I'm not sure. Someone like Helen Mirren -- though Nanna isn't British. For Tim, I picture someone like Sam Rockwell.

Unless I can't get him, I hope that Brian Rollins will be doing the Saratoga Trunk audiobook. As soon as the second draft has run through editing, and corrections are made, it'll ship. Right after that is when he'll (again, hopefully) record the audiobook.

Most of the characters you mention will not be making any immediate appearances, with the exception of Jenkins and most especially Rebecca Sterling (who is a prominent regular in Saratoga Trunk, and definitely in Vegas as well).
Oh, you'll at least see the horse. He does make an appearance. After all, this is Saratoga we're talking about.

Kevin might find love in Vegas -- that's the next book after Saratoga Trunk and while it's hopefully going to be a faster-paced book, I think there may be room for Kevin to find the right person.
Jeremy & Lace, Tim & Rosa, and Nanna, all make an appearance in Saratoga Trunk, though not all of them have tons of on-screen time.
No art books in the works just yet, though hopefully I'll have some posters (actually Fine Art Prints is a better term) later this month.

I've been to a few, though certainly not all, of the locations in the Glen & Tyler books. I've been to Paris, though not the catacombs, nor all the way up the Eiffel Tower. I've been to London. I have not been to Dunberry in Scotland, since it doesn't exist, though I have been to Edinburgh. I haven't been anywhere tropical, unfortunately, nor have I been on a luxury cruise (though researching that from a distance was fascinating!). I haven't been to Switzerland.
As for cuisines, I've had the Norwegian Eggs Benedict (made them myself!), but most of the rest of the cuisine I have not had. I do have a friend who is a gourmand, however, and gives me plenty of advice.
And I do hope to get book 5 out soon.

Well, I'm working on Book 5 (Saratoga Trunk) right now. And I have a vague idea for one more book after that. We'll have to see how long I can sustain Glen & Tyler -- they're certainly a handful.

I have book 4 of Glen & Tyler coming out soon (hopefully this month), and I have developed an outline for a 5th Glen & Tyler book. I think I have a few Glen & Tyler books left after the 5th, we'll have to see.
That said, I am also working on a supernatural mystery/romance, a scifi oddity, and a young adult novel.

Book 4 in the Glen & Tyler adventures: High Seas Hijinks. It's set in the Caribbean. Or Bermuda, anyway, which isn't quite in the Caribbean.

I either work on other projects -- take a break from the current thing -- or skip to a completely different section of the book and work on that. It's worked pretty well, although I've been struggling with my 4th book.
