I am currently working on book two of the Lithia series, Lithia: Fire and Ice. This story picks up where the first left off with Karla searching for Jack (sorry about the massive cliff hanger in book one). Lithia: Fire and Ice takes a more emotional route then the first with a look into Jacks past and what happened between him and his mother. Karla also struggles with what to do when a friend finds out who she really is.

I get asked this question a lot but I don't really have an answer for it because I have no idea. Lithia started off as run on story. It had no chapters and most of the characters didn't even have names. The story over time sort of molded together but if you take the first completed draft and the final product, the only similarity between the two is its about a teenage girl with magic powers.
