How do you get inspired to write?
Amy Graves I was inspired to write becasue of how many other people were telling me their stories of food allergies and sensitivies. They all said they felt alone in the world. The reality is millions of Americans struggle with eating safe food. The twist in the story is how many people can travel to almost anywhere else outside of teh US and not think about what they are eating. The bottom line of inspiration was the declining quality of food produced in the United States and scientific research that shows our food is truly making us sick.
