When I experience writer’s block, I give myself the space to recharge. My writing is deeply influenced by the psychological insights I gain from my studies, so when I’m feeling stuck, I step away from writing and immerse myself in reading. Once I feel refreshed and inspired, I return to writing with a renewed sense of clarity

My inspiration for writing the book came from a challenging legal battle I was going through at the time. Writing became my refuge, and I approached it as if I were having a conversation with myself—offering encouragement and lifting my own spirits. As I'm studying to become a psychologist, I also draw from my studies and the teachings of grace in the Bible. When I feel overwhelmed, I often read my own book as a source of motivation.
