Go out a lot, see different things and meet different people. Every time i'm out and about i get inspired with a new idea. I then take that idea and jot it down. Eventually i have thousands of different notes to put together into a topic which then serves as my outline which manifests into a book. Its taking an idea and bringing it to life. Its magic!

As a real estate broker and investor for over 10 years i discovered a way for more make more money. Not just the real estate agent but also the home buyer and seller. There was nothing in the marketplace on 100 percent commission real estate. It was too good of a win-win not to write about it. That was my inspiration to create awareness to amongst the majority of people that have no idea how the next wave of real estate is taking over the industry and how to capitalize off it
