Hello, I hope you're doing well! I absolutely adored Wild Irish Rose to the point that my copy is looking rough, is there anywhere I can purchase a digital copy as well? It's a bit of a comfort read and I was hoping to read it on my phone as well when I travel.

Good news: Wild Irish Rose IS available as an eBook, under the title SING ME HOME.

There's a history to this: Wild Irish Rose was first released many years ago, only in paperback. So when I got the rights back, I put it out as an eBook, Sing Me Home, with a new cover.

Lisa Ann Verge Thank you for the question, Martin! I did NOT go to school in Quebec, but I have visited both Quebec City and Montreal multiple times, for pleasure and for research. I've also driven the King's Road. I did a tremendous amount of book-research before writing Heaven In His Arms...before writing any of my books, really. Diving deep into the geography and history is one of my favorite parts of the novel-writing process. Thanks for the validation! Much appreciated. <3

Hello. I loved Twice Upon a Time and (after reading a few years ago) Gaelic culture. I am surprised at how you're a chemist too. Where I come from (Hong Kong), science is an extremely honourable and stable career, whereas writing is not so much of one as it's a rocky path. So I'd like to ask: why did you switch from your former occupation to writing, and do you like writing about Irish mythology in particular?

Lisa Ann Verge Hi Natasha! Thanks so much for your question. The short answer is that I chased a dream! While I worked as a chemist I had already published three novels with a Big 5 publisher in New York, but there's an old saying--you can't sit in two chairs at the same time. Eventually, I had to choose one career or the other. I chose writing because bringing stories to life makes me happy. It's what I believe I was born to do.

As for Irish mythology...I'm not sure why I'm so drawn to it. Because I grew up in a largely Irish American neighborhood? Because I married an Irish American myself? That's part of the magic of storytelling... it's a wonderful mystery.
