Brenda Dyer Well, it very well could turn into a F.L novel, lol. I can be pretty wordy.
But maybe I should give him a full length story. I think he and his wife deserve one.
Thank you, Natasza.
Brenda Dyer LOL first off, I love that you like the warriors so much that you'd like for them to each have a second book. But no. As of right now, I have no plans to write a second story for each warrior. But hey, never know what the future holds, right?
Brenda Dyer I don't have a character named Sloane--lol, but I do love that name. Hey, maybe I could name one of the children Sloane? Oh that would be a cool name. But I will spell it different. Maybe just Sloan without the E?

I've been toying with the idea of writing a novella about Roarik. I think if I do write it, it will take place in the past when he meets his wife, Celeene.
Brenda Dyer Part 2 will be about the war of the saviors, the vampires, and humans against Lucifer. But, there will be lots of romance. Everyone needs a love interest.
Brenda Dyer Yes. Black's story will be next. Once his story is complete, that will finish part 1 of this series. I will then pick up after the children--the saviors--are grown.
Brenda Dyer Yes. After Black's story--which will be book #6 in this part of the series--I'll be starting part 2. We have already been quickly introduced to a new warrior--though he is just a baby. His name is Arthur. He's Mel and Breeana's child--and he's one of the saviors.
Brenda Dyer Yes! I think Kal has more to say, but I'm not sure what it is. He probably wants to pull some sort of prank on Mel or the other warriors.
Brenda Dyer Love this question. I had the idea--backstory--to my series pretty much mapped out. But I didn't have any real characters to fill the spots. Then one day, back in '08, I was working in my garden when Mel and his buddy Kal decided to show up.
I went into the house, washed my hands, grabbed a sheet of paper, and started writing.
Brenda Dyer Excellent question. I have to say Mel is my favorite warrior. First, I think it is because he was my first. Second, because the way he loves and protects Breeana really speaks to me.
Brenda Dyer Great question. My most recent story is part of a series, so the ideas were mostly there from previous books written in the series.
Brenda Dyer After I get mad at myself and kick and scream, then I settle down and clean the house or hang out in my yard. The break really helps clear the clutter from my mind.
What I deal with more than writer's block is just finding the energy to write. Writing is hard and it takes a lot of brain power. Some days I find it easier to clean a toilet and scrub the bathtub than write.
Brenda Dyer The best thing about being a writer is hearing from readers. I love that!
Brenda Dyer This is a tough one. What inspires me to write is the stories in my head. Sometimes the excitement to get a story out there is high and other times my passion wains, lol.
My readers and fans really inspires me to keep on going.
Brenda Dyer Keep on writing. I know that sounds simple, and you've probably heard this advice a thousands times, but it is true. Practice does make perfect. Also, make friends with other writers--only another writer knows the struggles you go through.
Brenda Dyer Right now I'm working on Prophecy's Healing, book #5 in my vampire series titled The Prophecy Series.
