I am actively working on what I am hoping is going to be a short novel, though I have another idea that is trying to pound its way into my head. After that, I plan on releasing a book of short stories later this year and this summer, will be working on a sequel to A Hostile World.

I saw a headless form in the neighbor's backyard, maybe a statue, maybe a misshapen tree, I wasn't sure. When I looked back, it was no longer there.

The most recent book I've added to Amazon, There the Vultures Will Gather, came to me in a funny way. I was an English teacher at the time, proctoring a state-mandated standardized test. The room I was in thankfully had a nice view of the hills and mountains outside, and while I was pacing around the room, I started thinking about a network of caves that hid a terrible race of creatures ... that was the start of that one.
As far as the idea I am currently working on, I was watching a 4K youtube drone video of winter scenes, and I envisioned people lost in the woods in winter.
