Early in my career I visited a Toyota factory in Tokyo. A supervisor told me: “Your workers in America have ideas. The difference is—we make it easy for our people to share them, and we act on their value.” That stuck with me. Over the years I watched leaders struggle with change because they didn’t know how to tap into the knowledge right in front of them. I wrote Ideas to Action to give leaders and teams a simple process to unlock that potential and turn it into results.
