Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
Todd C. Williams The CPS worker entered the NICU without looking into our eyes. She left with our 1-week-old granddaughter.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Todd C. Williams It is what I do. Someone asked me why I was so good at it. I could not answer. So I wrote the book. It made me think about what I do.

How do you get inspired to write?
Todd C. Williams Just by looking at the problems that exist.

What are you currently working on?
Todd C. Williams My next book will be on connecting project to strategy in the organization. I have a number of white papers that will be the genesis of that book. They are on executive sponsors, organization change management, PMOs, and, of course, leadership.

Todd C. Williams Figuring out how to get better at writing. Making a great point in only few words.
