Andrew Bryson The world we live in isn't crazy enough? Think I'm a Neverland sort of guy.
Andrew Bryson Coronavirus is a global pandemic. Over 1 million diagnosed cases at the time of writing (Pray for a quick end to this).
Andrew Bryson I guess I borrowed from current events, gave things a bit of a twist, but as I started writing, the fit wasn't quite right. I had to rewrite a couple of early chapters and now it's developing really nicely. Where did I get the idea for the changes? Not sure, it just seemed to make sense.
Andrew Bryson A crime thriller set in London, working title Revenge.
Andrew Bryson Things happen all around us all the time that are prompts for a story. I start writing, but quickly lose enthusiasm for a particular idea. Others stick with me and evolve. They become the finished article, like Deception and hopefully Revenge.

Andrew Bryson The opportunity to channel my creativity. There were times when I couldn't believe the ideas that just seemed to flow.
Andrew Bryson It's frustrating!!!!! When I wrote Deception, I landed up living the characters. Writers bloc became like not knowing what you want to do with your own life :). I continue writing, even if it's drivel because eventually the penny will drop and it all fits together.
Andrew Bryson I don't make up lists. I read constantly and am more a spur of the moment reader. Once I've completed a book I decide where the mood takes me. As I am a thriller writer, I will be reading primarily thrillers, as I find this the best way to hone my own skills. Anything from Frederick Forsyth, Michael Robotham is particularly welcome.
