I would absolutely travel to Middle Earth to go camping. I would also want to visit the various libraries of the Gondor and Rivendell. And I would definitely add star gazing to my weekly activities.

A long list of projects. My main focus right now is on a play, a children's book, and a short story.

My short answer is I try to ground myself, do breathing exercises, and I kind of give an internal shout to the universe or creative genius network and say, "I'm open!" Sort of like playing catch. I've got my glove at the ready, I just need the ball (or words) to come my way.

I was hunting for a book that would help soothe me through traumatic symptoms. I wanted it to share stories, therapy, and poetry. I was unable to find one that felt like a good fit for my needs, so I wrote it instead.
