Currently working on the follow-up novel to In the Dark of the Grove, which will be a gothic horror novel. I'm querying a literary novel. And next up is a fantasy novel I'm very excited about.

It's usually ebbs and flows. But I've got a good rhythm now where I finish a book, put that book away for a while while I write another book, etc. Usually the issue isn't ideas. I have plenty of those. It's just making the time to write.

In the Dark of the Grove is very much based on my own experiences growing up as a gay kid in Indiana. Obviously, the actual plot and characters are all fictional, but I thought it would be fun to use my background and pepper in some details from my own life.
