The Beast Within has not released yet. Due to life reasons, I cancelled its pre-order, but it is definitely coming later in 2024. (It's half written and on my calendar to finish.) Sorry for the delay!

Do you have a list of all the connected books across series? Where a character from one book appears in another series?
Karla Doyle Hi Ashley! Thank you for asking. Making a character crossovers page on my website has been on my to-do list for a while, and now it's done, thanks to your prompting. :)

Hi, I've been wondering if Sweet As Candy is available as epub somewhere? I'd like to keep books in series "together" and not have to switch e-readers, or apps, respectively.

Sweet As Candy is currently only available at Amazon, as I moved the series to Kindle Unlimited in September 2020. (It will be there until the end of the year, at minimum.)
I don't want you to have to wait that long to read Jake & Candace's love story. Shoot me an email to karladoyleauthor@gmail.com and I will be happy to send you an ePub copy. :)

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Karla Doyle That's a hard question to answer because I love all the couples I've written. But, if I had to choose, I think my favorite fictional couple would be Davis & Brinn (Gift Wrapped) or Curtis & Sara (Icing on the Cake). :)

What are you currently working on?
Karla Doyle I'm currently working on Book 3 of the 'Close to Home' series, titled CHERRY ON TOP. This is Lindsay & Ben's book, and they're certainly different from any other couple I've written. Lots of emotion and sexual tension in their story. Look for this one to release in January 2015. :)

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Karla Doyle My most recent book, ICING ON THE CAKE, is the second in a series of linked books, so the idea came from the characters as they presented themselves and developed in the previous book (CUP OF SUGAR). Though the heroine and hero don't actually meet in the first book, I knew they had to get together. Uber-alpha cop hero and a snarktastic badgirl ... that's an irresistible, explosive combination!
