My mind is a runaway train. I have about 50 ideas for every book I put out. It's all about which ones I feel compelled to develop at the moment. It usually starts with a title idea, then a blurb, followed by a book cover, then into an outline idea, turning into a full novel.

I've always written, gradually progressing into longer works. Then, in school, I wrote a paper on Nathaniel Hawthorne's Young Goodman Brown. The story stuck with me in such a profound way, I had to write. The details and the story, just clicked with me. I still remember about the pink ribbons in her hair, because that detail stuck out to me.

That's a tough question. I'm an editor/proofreader as well, so when time allows, I work on what is in progress. Currently, I am finishing up the sequel to Dissolve, Detour. Then I'm writing the next book in my Dancing Series, Dancing with Darkness. I have a few ideas that I'm messing around with, and I'm re-editing all my current releases with bonus content. From there, whatever I'm in the mood to start on.

Working from home! (Spending the day in my pajama's is a definite plus!)
Also, working at my own pace and listening to music while I write.

Treat your book as professional as possible. Make sure it has a great cover, and is edited by an editor. Proofreading should be done if it's your first novel. Also, reach out to members of the community willing to help new authors. They know a lot.

I read or feed my pintrest addiction. Sometime an image will spark something. I read a lot so sometimes, just the escape can help me.
