Cassandra, I am a speculative Sci-Fi author and will be debuting, via indie, my first novel later this summer/early fall. It has multiple rounds of professional editing. I'm looking for reviewers and wondered if I could ask for reviews from this Sci-Fi women's list? Titled, A Spider Sat Beside Her, it is set in a near future, post global warming Earth, with a strong female protagonist caught in a political maelstrom.

What are you currently working on?
Cassandra Davis I am currently working on a sequel to "Dremiks" and a historical fantasy novel. The deadline for the sequel is November 1st, so I'd better get back to work!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Cassandra Davis My 7th grade English teacher formed a "writing club". For a club meeting she handed us each a one word writing prompt. My word was "Dremiks". The story has evolved greatly since then, but that word has always been the central focus.
