Steven F. Freeman Thanks for asking, Chris! My next book, "The Devil's Due," is undergoing editing. To be honest, editing takes longer than writing the first draft (as it should, if one's goal is producing the best possible novel). Given that I just started edits, I suspect TDD won't be out until November or--more likely--December or January.
Steven F. Freeman To be honest, I didn't consider myself a writer until two years ago, when I began my first novel. For a few years preceding that time, several family members had encouraged (some would say "bugged") me to try my hand at writing, but life didn't accommodate adding another activity. Now that one child has left the nest and the other has almost finished high school, however, my schedule has evolved in a way that allows me to put pen to paper. And I must say, I've enjoyed it even more than I thought I would!
