I wanted to write something different than what I had previously and thought it would be fun to write something in the first person. So then I thought it would be fun to write about relationship mishaps, figuring it could be really funny and instead of one long story, it would be a series of short stories with one common theme and main character. That's how Love's Losing Streak came about. It is by far the most fun I've had writing.
