A lot of events in my life have felt like the hooks for plots. If we are talking mysteries specifically, I've had more than one experience that could potentially have supernatural influence. My most memorable is when we moved into a home we purchased, my youngest daughter befriended a ghost. It could have easily been passed off as an imaginary friend, but as the years went on and the friendship grew, strange occurrences within the home increased. Bumps in the night, moving decorations, disembodied voices, all became commonplace in our home to the point that even her brother and sister would shrug off the unexplainable by blaming the ghost friend.
