It's just a case of battling on. If I'm not focussed I spend far too much time surfing the net and playing Solitaire till my fingers ache. When it comes to the crunch it's just of case of writing words. Then you have something you can revisit and improve. After years as a journalist I work better when I have a deadline looming.

I am currently working on a book of Danny Lancaster short stories plus a novel which will be the fifth full-length Danny. I'm also working on some small new history projects following publication of GUNNER.
