I've been looking for your book and can only get it on Amazon for tons of cash! I live in a "remote area". Is there any other place can get it? I live in Canada.

Tommy Walker It's tons because of shipping? You can get it rock-bottom using Amazon's Kindle. There's an app you can download if you don't have your own Kindle device. Abebooks lists a seller in Victoria B.C. for U.S. $36.61 including shipping, but that sounds like tons to me.
