I'm writing and working on poems, but my production is a bit slow and plodding. I'm also working on--or maybe ruminating about is a more accurate description--a collection of my grandmother's writing from when she was a young woman, and some writing of my own about her and responding to hers. I'll be taking on the Herculean task of writing 30 poems in November as a fundraiser for the Center for New Americans in Northampton, MA.
