I would go to The Great Library created by Jasper Fforde, author of the Thursday Next novels, and take up residence there. I would go out of my way to befriend the Head Librarian, who is the Cheshire Cat, by ensuring that I had an inexhaustible supply of his favourite treats. As the library has 52 levels, we could both exist there in perfect harmony by taking pains to stay out of each other's way during the day. In the evenings, after the library closed for business, we would get together to compare notes and then snuggle down side by side in matching soft-recliner chairs, each with a good book.
