It's a matter of deciding to sit down to write. Or not. It seems to be very common for creative people to experience some kind of delay and stalling at the point of beginning to work. Just know that once you have begun to write, it is the start, as artist Brett Whitely put it, "the start of difficult pleasure". Expect that transition time of difficulty and push through it.
