At present, my time's almost equally divided between my "real" job (teacher) and managing the Moshville Times website. The aim is to get the website ticking over a little more autonomously in the hands of the capable Crew so I have more time to do other things... like kickstarting the Cord adventures again.

Honestly, I struggle. At the moment I have so many pots on the boil that writing fiction is quite far down my list of things I have time for. Sometimes, though, the inspiration just takes me - right out of the blue - and I have to jot something down or records it, even if it's just in note form.
A lot of the action sequences I write, in particular, come together when I'm doing other things and something just catches my attention. My brain just squirrels off in a "what if...?" direction and two-three pages of prose follows!
