“Ahh questions! They give authors a misguided sense of importance while also distracting from actual writing!

Join a writers group. And if there isn't one near you, then start one or find one online. And make sure the group is the type of group that matches your needs as an author.
Check out this presentation I did for the Minnesota Speculative Fiction Writers Group where I discuss the different types of groups and how they fit into the writing process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfxGM...

Thanks. Conrad Zero is not my real name. It carries over from when I was playing in bands like Jagged Spiral. I work a day job as a mild-mannered I.T. guy, and I didn't want H.R. (or my coworkers, boss etc) to know I was front man for an alt-rock band. LOL
It seemed obvious for me to use the stage name as a pen name for my writing career, essentially for the same reason. Not sure how they'd react if they discovered that I write horror stories, so I'm just keep the secret identity a secret. Plus, Conrad Zero is easy to remember and spell!
Cheers,

We breaks it with the writer's chisel, better known as take-a-break-from-that-thing-you're-writing-what's-giving-you-the-writer's-block. This is why I have 7 projects going at any given time.

I'll give you two. Two great things about being a rock star / author / demonologist are that the hours and the dress code are, shall we say, casual. And having an entirely black wardrobe makes laundry day pretty simple.
