Well, that's a tough one. I many years ago lived in an abusive marriage so much of my writing and ideas came from a broken heart and things I dealt with in my life. I take bits and pieces weaving them together and before I know the book is complete.

From watching a movie with my kids and hearing the song about needing a hero. I have always liked the damsel in distress theme. Where the hero sweeps her off her feet carries her away living happily ever after. However, there might be some obstacles before they reach that happy ending.
