I have a couple of tricks. One is to go read a book, preferably in the genre that I'm writing in. To get into that world, even though it's not through my own words, often helps my head get back in the game.
Another trick is to go do something mindless, like surf Youtube videos for half an hour. :) Allowing your mind to switch off helps it reset, in a way.
